The West African Civil Society Coalition has commended the International Media Training Centre, for its recent projects assessment your embarked upon in Kwara State, Nigeria.
The group said the tour, has assisted in exposing the performances of the government, especially in the core areas of grassroots development, which is in line, with global best practices.
Speaking through its Director of Research and Projects, Mr Gbenga Antonio Ganzallo, the Civil Society Organizations, expressed its delight, in the reports of developmental Projects undertaken by the Governor Abdulrazak it Abdulrahman led administration, as exposed by the IMTC assessment tour.
"We are determined, to collaborate with Stakeholders in the media like IMTC, in order to give credible assessment to the performance of elected public office holders, while also using same, to challenge them, in areas, where more works are required to be done."
The group said it will be collaborating with IMTC, to expand the assessment of Kwara and other State governments, in the coming weeks, in Nigeria, ahead of the forthcoming general elections, in the country.
