WHERE HAS MY LOVE GONE? | SHINCOO

There was no love until I saw the shadow,
Walking past me like a desperado.

The word came down to me like fire,
Burning down in me like my empire.

It comes to me; here comes the love,
The one I’ve waited for which is not lust.

The love cuddled me from the Cradle,
What it showed was beyond expectation,
For, you curved my pains suffered in my forlorn hours.

At morning,
My love awakes to douse my pains.
Do all things around me in hurry.
Caters for the family needs in the morning.

At noon,
My love fires my ambition
That never leaves me to distress.

We walk the path of nails,
We sweat from the pairs,
Our narrow creak,
Our feet crack.

We saw blessings in tomorrow,
And we smiled at the sorrow.

We waited for that tomorrow,
And we waited for that marrow.

The love keeps my hope moving,
As we waited for the future.

At night,
My love falls from the race of life,
And so did I see what is called life.

My love left me to paddle the canoe of life alone,
And left me with the fruits of nature alone.

What have I done to deserve this?
Where has my love gone?
Is it a place of no return?

Death extinguished the fierce flame of my hope,
And snatched my love!
