Most of our houses are empty today, at least during the early part of the day, and this would continue to be so for a while because our kids are back to school. The weekend was used in preparing for the new academic session.
Well, as they've gone to continue their own studies, you too can learn a thing or two today about stuffs you did not know. These are some interesting facts about some everyday food and nutrition facts we eat. Check them out;
